King Ocean Services wishes to advise the trade that a General Rate Increase
shall be applicable on all Open Tariff and Service Contract Rates between the
United States and Anguilla, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Montserrat,
Nevis, Suriname, St Barths, St Kitts, St Lucia, St Maarten, St Vincent and Trinidad.


Effective: June 30, 2013:


Vehicles NE 700 Cubic Feet $44

Vehicles exceeding 700 Cubic Feet including Trucks,
Self Propelled Machinery and Static Breakbulk Cargo
$3.50 per W/M (40 CFT/100 Lbs)

To our esteemed Customers and Agents:

King Ocean Services Ltd. is very pleased to announce that on Saturday, April 20, 2013 we will have
the first sailing of a new direct service to the port of Point Lisas, Trinidad. This service will
immediately be added to our permanent sailing schedule and going forward we will have weekly
sailings out of Miami, Florida to Point Lisas.

We believe the addition of Point Lisas to our ports of call will help us provide better service to the
South Florida southbound shipping market to Trinidad. We will be sure to keep our current customer
base happy by continuing to call Trinidad’s Port of Spain on a weekly basis, as well.

We are confident that the addition of Point Lisas and the uninterrupted service to Port of Spain will
place King Ocean at the forefront of providing for all shipping needs to Trinidad. As always, our
customers can count on a vast array of equipment to accommodate any type of cargo; we can easily
handle dry and/or refrigerated containerized goods, LCL cargo as well as break-bulk. Furthermore,
customers can continue to rely on our unrivaled service staff that is willing and able to assist
with any shipping needs, not only to our new port of call - Point Lisas - but for all our existing
markets as well.

We wish to advice that due the continued increases in fuel costs, the Fuel Surcharge/EFA will be adjusted for all shipments to and from ports of
Costa Rica, Colombia Panama Aruba, Bonaire Curacao and Venezuela (Inter-Ports).
Effective on March 18th, 2012 as follows:

All rates that are inclusive of "Fuel Surcharge/EFA will be adjusted in same levels.
